A nice decor...

We really enjoyed the triple room which was lovely little with very comfortable beds. The decor was nice. Had perfect and excellent location near the sea, just next door to Blackpool Beach.

The room was clean, but I found the mattress pretty uncomfortable.

The breakfast is served in the cafe! We greatly enjoyed it so would love to go back.

Comfortable room, clean bathroom, with free Wi-Fi in the room making it easy to stay connected , and a fantastic location just a 5-minute walk from the beach allowed for convenient sightseeing.

I stayed for two nights as a solo traveler to enjoy some local attractions. The beds were incredibly comfy, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. Being close to the beach and only a short walk to places like the Opera House made it convenient for me to enjoy the area. The cleanliness of the room added to the overall experience, making my stay quite pleasant.

The location is ideal, just steps from the seafront and near a tram stop. The cleanliness of the guest house stands out, and the large shower with consistent hot water adds a level of comfort that's much appreciated. The owners are friendly, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere.

The lack of a hairdryer made preparing for nights out a bit inconvenient.

The room was well-maintained and equipped with free WiFi. The lovely garden area offered a peaceful escape after a long day of exploring. The lack of a kettle in the room made late-night tea impossible, and the absence of a hairdryer in the bathroom was a slight inconvenience. The small bathroom felt cramped during peak morning hours.

The dining scene near the Phoenix is a treasure trove! Just a hop away, The Promenade Cafe serves a smashing breakfast, and Yorkshire Fisheries dazzles with fresh fish and chips. The room was a snug retreat, super clean, and those thoughtful touches. The staff's warm welcome adds to the charm!

While the toilet light was on the fritz and the check-out at 10 am felt a bit early-I'm used to lazing around until noon-everything still sparkled. A cheeky fix for a sink by the loo would be great, but all in all, a mighty fine stay!

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from North Pier and the beach. The hot shower was a hit after our adventures!

The single room's mattress needed replacement. It felt too soft and the edges collapsed, leading to an uncomfortable night's sleep. The cupboard above the sink was positioned awkwardly, causing several bumps to my head while getting ready. Breakfast options seemed limited, leaning towards a basic continental style, which didn't offer much variety.
